Our Services
Due Diligence & Underwriting: Our Capital Markets team first and foremost focuses on due diligence of our Sponsors, which allows us to better understand their business plan and goals. Once passed we begin to work with you and your attorneys to underwrite and build a successful offering.
Sales and Markets: Our team works with you to create multiple funnels of targeted sales at the same time. We work with our clients to create FINRA compliant materials that allow us to market to the independent broker dealer channel. While our team focuses on in house support we’re also building a list of independent broker dealers to syndicate the offering to our network of broker dealers, RIA’s, and representatives.
Education: Our Ni Advisors Team and our clients are active in attending conferences held by due diligence firms Buttonwood, Fact Right, TNDDA, IPA, and many more so that we can educate the broker dealer community on our clients and our offerings, as well as taking the time to learn about other products in the market as well. We regularly host educational webinars with our clients and guest speakers from the industry with due diligence backgrounds to help educate the market.

Mr. Barth graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a major in history and economics. Post graduating Mr. Barth started his career in the financial industry with Merrill Lynch where he spent 15 years acting as a registered representative and serving his clients. He then served as Treasury Manager at Kobe Steel USA Inc. before registering his licenses with Wells Fargo. Mr. Barth went on to hold Senior Vice President roles at his next three broker dealers, AXA Advisors LLC, Windsor Street Capital LP, and SW Financial. He started his capital markets role at SW Financial in 2018 and now holds his licenses with Ni Advisors acting as Sr. Vice President of Managing Broker Dealer Services. Mr. Barth has held his two licenses, series 7 and 66 since 1987.

Mr. Pavelko graduated from Susquehanna University in 2013, majoring in business finance with an economics minor. Prior to graduating Mr. Pavelko entered the financial industry as an intern at Coastal Equities, where he also landed his first role as a financial advisor. Over the next three years he built his book of business and serviced his clients well before deciding to move into capital markets. Over the past 6 years, in addition to his sales role, Mr. Pavelko has had the opportunity to work a multitude of roles within his organizations allowing him to learn a wide range of skills. Currently Mr. Pavelko holds two roles at Ni Advisors, serving as both the broker dealers Chief of Staff to Mr. Goy and Sr. Vice President of Business Development of the Capital Markets team. Mr. Pavelko holds two licenses, a series 7 and 63 since 2014.
